Instruction will cover the following plus any questions that come up:

• Review Delivery Set/Up, back slide, forward slide.
• Line of Delivery – Sliding straight to the broom.
• Releases – Clean release to make sure rock stays online after release with desired rotation.
• Rock Timing – how and why stop watches used (stop watches not required by participants).
• Team Communication. (Off Ice).
