Spare Policy

Non Members: Maximum 3 times before Dec 31, Maximum 3 Times after Dec 31.
Members: No limit for Full member categories. Other membership categories – 3 times before Dec 31, Maximum 3 Times after Dec 31.

​Discounts – limited to either Family or Senior (not both)

1. Seniors are eligible for a $25 discount on a full membership and unlimited daytime membership only (‘Senior is age of 60 as of July 1 of current season’)

2. Family discount (2 or more living in same household) of $15.00. Applies to full and one night membership only. Discount Applies to all family members.

3. Receive a $10.00 discount if paid by Cash, Cheque, E-transfer, or Debit Card and is paid in Full by Open House.

4. Senior/Family Discounts do not apply to half year memberships

Payment Notes

1. Membership dues must be paid in full or arrangements made in writing by November 15, 2024. Arrangements may be made by contacting the club manager.
2. Commercial League $878.00 Per Team (plus curling fees, capital levy and taxes if not a member for a total $1198.70)
3. NBCA Fee and Capital levy will only be charged once per person if registering for multiple categories where these fees apply.
4. HST Applies to Dues and Capital Levy.
5.  Practice ice time hours will be between 10am – 4pm based on availability. Each booking is for one hour maximum to be used for non game practice.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs before the member’s first day of curling. Once league plan has begun a 50% refund will be granted if cancellation occurs within the first 6 weeks of curling. No refund will be given after 6 weeks of play. All requests for refunds must be made to the Membership Director in writing.

Exceptional circumstances will be considered by a refund committee comprised of the President, Membership Director and the appropriate League Coordinator. The decision of the committee will be clearly communicated to the member, the Treasurer and Club Manager. The member may appeal the decision to the Board. The Board decision shall be final.
