Annual General Meeting

Please be advised that the rescheduled Annual General Meeting of the members of the Thistle-St. Andrew’s Curling Club will be held on Thursday, May 22nd at 5:30 pm at the club.

Your attendance will help us to achieve the quorum (20) needed to conduct our business. If you are not able to attend the meeting but would like to appoint another voting member to vote at the meeting on your behalf, please complete a proxy form and deliver it to that member – this will help us to achieve our quorum.  Note – one member can serve as a proxy for a maximum of three other members

The minutes of the November 18, 2024  Semi-Annual General Meeting will not be read out at the meeting, prior to a vote on their approval. Instead, they have been provided below. The meeting agenda and proxy form are also attached below.

A copy of the minutes and other reports will also be available at the meeting, in limited numbers.
If you have an item that you would like to have added to the agenda for the meeting, please let me know.
