SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Please be advised that the rescheduled Annual General Meeting of the members of the Thistle-St. Andrew’s Curling Club will be held on Thursday\, May 22nd at 5:30 pm at the club. \nYour attendance will help us to achieve the quorum (20) needed to conduct our business. If you are not able to attend the meeting but would like to appoint another voting member to vote at the meeting on your behalf\, please complete a proxy form and deliver it to that member – this will help us to achieve our quorum.  Note – one member can serve as a proxy for a maximum of three other members \nThe minutes of the November 18\, 2024  Semi-Annual General Meeting will not be read out at the meeting\, prior to a vote on their approval. Instead\, they have been provided below.
